Use of our services

You may use our website and demos for lawful business evaluation and communication with Valzak. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Demos and AI outputs

AI assistant demos are provided for evaluation. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before being used for business, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions.

A deployed client assistant may follow the configuration, data, and approval rules agreed with that client. Valzak is not responsible for instructions, content, or data supplied by a client or end user.

Quotes and projects

Website descriptions, examples, and demo flows are not binding offers. Pricing, scope, delivery timelines, support, ownership, and payment terms are agreed separately in writing for each project.

Intellectual property

The Valzak name, website, visuals, copy, demos, software patterns, and non-client materials belong to Valzak or its licensors. Client deliverable ownership is governed by the applicable project agreement.

Third party services

Our services may connect with third party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, hosting providers, databases, analytics services, and AI providers. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valzak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the website or demos.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or demos after an update means you accept the revised terms.
